lean thinking
Let’s look at the latest trend of staying lean, some skinny to the point that they’ll be extinct some day,
Losing your weight is ‘in vogue’, look at he leanest companies across the globe all very successful, and of course we have the likes of SRK, Shekhar Suman, Adnan Sami (thank god the doctors were “Just In Time”, before he lost himself / vanished from this world)
Now we have VLCC (very lean coaching classes), who make sure atleast you loose your pocket (weighing 15-20kgs) and feel ecstatic that u have lost your bad calories.
There are many takers of this Lean Thinking, I also do but for different reasons,
I believe thinking/being lean takes you up the “triangle”, to the ultimate truth of

How being lean leads to salvation, the nirvana or the moksha.
Who says every thing in excess is poison,
When you become lean excessively, you are closer to god…
In the process of becoming lean you may at the end return to your “sukhsma sharir” your body – which is emotion less, feeling less, weight less etc ( I mean a less in excess), which is the very nature of your soul.
You loose so much of weight (count down from 80 to 70 to 60 _ _ _ to 10 and to “zero”)
Then you become the “shunya”, the absolute beginning (or the end, any ways the beginning is the end is the beginning).you become extinct. You exist no where but every where. The elements become you and you become the elements. That’s the ultimate goal of every living soul wandering on the earth.

the “eaters” for whom the only aim of life is eating, food is one thing they can not live with out (even for a moment), again, as the saying goes, “pant anek hai, par manzil ek hai (lots of ways lead to one single entity – The Almighty)”…
you eat a lot and you grow and you become the "brahmand" - the universe and the universe becomes you. Once again you are nowhere but everywhere. As Swami Vivekanand said: aham Brahmasmi — and then realize that the whole universe is verily the same Brahman — sarvam khalvidam Brahma.
the underlining philosopies and the principles are 1) that you practice extreme self restraint and self control2) that you let yourself loose and to the will of the almighty respectively
This is how eating and otherwise can lead you to Nirvana, the eternal sunshine.
Ever heard of “ I’ll be eating till I die”
So be extreme
Drink a lot ‘n,
Have lots of cream
Or you vanish from the earth,
U be so slim
Take my word,
When you eat you eat a lot ‘n
When you starve, eat you should not.
Follow any of these paths and u’ll be closer to the almighty.

Simple living, No thinking….
